Division of the Marketing Department = Focus on the Development Side
Over the past few years, it had always been in the back of our minds that, to achieve truly strict focus, we would need to take an even bigger step and split the company into two parts. After a few strong indicators, that huge decision was made—and within six months we found a buyer, separated off the marketing division, and devoted all our resources to the company’s development arm, where we’re strongest. As a result, our headcount fell further, reaching an optimal level for the stable continuation of our success story.
